- Exteriors: Southern Exposure v1, Eastern Exposure v1 – shoot these in the morning when the sun is closer to 100º
- Interiors: Porch, Interior Living Space, Dining Space, Secondary Bedroom, Kitchen – especially closer to 180º
180º-225º | 1330 - 1607 hours | 2.75 hour duration
- Exteriors: South Eastern Exposure, Eastern Exposure v1
- Interiors: Bathrooms, Office Space/Hallway, Alternative shots of living space – Look for light as it comes through the southern windows
225º-270º | 1607 - 1900 hours | 3 hour duration
- Interiors: Primary bedroom, Hallway looking west
- Exteriors: North Eastern Exposure v1
- Detail Coverage: Door Trim, Stainless Finishings, Bathroom Detailing (Tile, Sink, Counters), Cabinetry, Built Ins, Steel Work

Site Preparation Checklist
This is a punch-list of preparation items to help guarantee the project looks its absolute best. The less work we have to do on the day of the shoot, the more energy and focus can be brought to perfecting each image.
While the list is extensive, please don't feel overwhelmed. The intent is not for you to complete every task but to use this guide as a reference. The goal is to ensure that your space meets a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and to provide creative staging.
Cleaning
- General house cleaning
- General dusting/sweeping of interior spaces and surfaces
Bathroom
- Metal appliances and fixtures wiped/cleaned
- Sink/water droplets removed
- Mirrors cleaned
